Certification and policies
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Alongside it we publish three signed policies covering quality, occupational health and safety, and drugs and alcohol. All four documents are readable in full.

The certified scope is the distribution of mechanical, electrical and instrument products — the core of what we do across all four of our locations.
Certification means our processes for handling enquiries, ordering, inspection and delivery are documented, audited and reviewed rather than improvised. The policies below sit underneath that system.
